I often say that you have to do the job, no matter what the job is.  It's amazing what goes into running a program.  Fundraising, promotion, communication, recruiting, mindset training, club building are all things that need to be addressed on the regular.  We are lucky we have a staff that gets this.Hope to "see" a lot of you tonight!  I promise I won't be asking you for money....
